Powers: Surolam has the ability to hear the speech of inanimate objects. Their degree of intelligence depends on how old they are, as well as how they're treated by humans. Let me know if you're okay with her talking to/hearing your characters' personal possessions!

Warnings: Her backstory involves some degree of parental emotional abuse/forced marriage, and running away from home. Her teammates' backstories also involve various degrees of abuse/running away from bad situations.

Mike's only bringing his blaseball uniform with him, but if she wants to talk to any of that he's been running with the Garages for five six seasons and has kept the same cap and catcher's mitt for the entire time. Both of them he tends to toss around a bit, especially when he gets frustrated, but he thinks the catcher's mitt is lucky (despite, uh, all evidence to the contrary) and wears the hat around most of the time. You're free to come up with how helpful or unhelpful they might be/what they're generally like!

ANYWAY the vast majority of Nandor's clothing is like, at least centuries old and well-preserved and she is more than welcome to talk to it! I am picturing a combination of haughtiness (he's a bit of a dandy, very image-conscious, and uses his clothing as a way to reinforce his nonexistent authority in the house) and the clothing equivalent of a world-weary constant thousand yard stare (he's dumb as hell, constantly gets blood and other messes all over the place, and is not the one responsible for cleaning them!)

so he doesn't really own anything except his clothes/mask, which aren't treated badly at all so much as they come from a highly utilitarian society; they're just sort of Things more or less. the same goes for whatever he might end up using creation magic to form; both that and his clothes are sort of just wished into existence by pulling together ambient magic, to put it simply.
